LowOsteria Lab by Leggero is a journey of discovery. The traveller is Francesca Sofia Allegra the founder of a new innovative food concept.
A proud Italian with Sicilian blood, she is obsessed with food! “Food is a pleasure, needs to be enjoyed” she says in the last interview for the Evening Standard.
Insulin resistant for four years, she started experimenting new recipes discovering how tasty, flavoursome and yet, healthy could be this way to cook… The idea was born and in January 2017 the first LowGi Italian supperclub landed in London.
After a few months and continuously working to improve the concept, Francesca Sofia met Gabriele and Silvio, the founders of Leggero London and the new brand was born. Lowsteria Lab is the occasion to try new dishes mastered by Leggero’s chefs combining their experience withLowGi ingredients for exciting recipes never compromising on taste and flavours…
